国际嘉宾介绍

本次教博会影响力之大、范围之广堪称历届之最，来自世界 30 多个国家和地区、近 20 所国际著名高校和学院、上百家世界知名企业以及大使馆、实验室、交流中心、儿童组织、教育基金等各界人士共赴此次盛会。这些嘉宾将会和我国教育界人士在教博会进行充分的交流，势必大力推动我国乃至全世界范围的教育建设。

同时，海内外各界人士高度关注此次盛会，部分嘉宾由于日程安排无法亲临教博会现场，但通过各种形式表达对未能参加此次教博会的遗憾并衷心祝愿这次承载着世界教育未来的盛会圆满成功。2018 年诺贝尔化学奖得主、美国著名科学家、加州理工大学教授 Frances Arnold 博士，2018 年诺贝尔化学奖得主、英国著名科学家、剑桥大学教授 Gregory Winter 爵士，2011 年诺贝尔经济学奖得主、美国纽约大学教授 Thomas J. 1 Dr. George Fitzgerald Smoot 乔治·菲茨杰拉德·斯穆特

美国伯克利加州大学物理学教授、诺奖得主

2006 年诺贝尔物理学奖获得者，美国伯克利加州大学物理学教授，天体物理学家、宇宙学家。乔治·斯穆特和约翰·马瑟因发现了“宇宙微波背景辐射的黑体形式和各向异性”共同获得了 2006 年诺贝尔物理学奖。

作为美国国际教育技术协会的主席，理查德·库拉塔在教育政策、教师准备、教育技术和创新等方面有着丰富的经验。作为美国教育部教育技术办公室主任，库拉塔致力于扩大全国学校间的联系，促进个性化学习，制定国家教育技术计划。

Chief Executive Officer of ISTE（International Society for Technology in Education）

As the chief executive officer, Richard Culatta brings vast experience in education policy, teacher preparation, educational technology and innovation to his role in ISTE. As the director of Educational Technology Office of U.S. Department of Education, Culatta has dedicated numerous efforts to expand connectivity among schools across the country, promote personalized learning, and develop the National Education Technology Plan.

3 David Ross 大卫·罗斯

美国 21 世纪人才核心发展联盟前任主席

大卫罗斯曾任 21 世纪人才和新发展联盟主席，教育咨询公司 LurnerGroup 的创始人。罗斯曾在巴克教育研究所 (BIE) 担任 7 年高级总监，他成功地使 BIE 成为基于项目学习职业发展方向的主流供应商。

Former chairman of the twenty-first Century core talent development alliance of the United States

Ross is the CEO of P21 and the founder and CEO of LurnerGroup which is an educational consulting firm. Ross was a seven-year senior director at Buck Institute for Education (BIE) and successfully made BIE a mainstream provider of career development for Project-based learning (PBL).

4 Heather Staker 希瑟·斯泰克

哈佛颠覆性创新学院研究学者、美国混合式学习创始人

希瑟毕业于哈佛大学，在哈佛商学院获得工商管理硕士学位。她是《混合工作手册》和《混合 : 利用破坏性创新改进学校》的作者之一。这两本书对本世纪教育领域产生了重大影响。她还被哈佛颠覆创新学院邀请为研究学者。

Research scholar of Harvard School of Subversive Innovation， Founder of American Mixed Learning Heather graduated from Harvard University and later received an MBA at Harvard Business School. She is the coauthor of Blended Workbook and Blended:Using Disruptive Innovation to Improve Schools published by Wiley. These two books bring significant effects to education field in this century. She was also invited as a research scholar by the Harvard School of Subversive Innovation.

5 Dr. Manabu Sato 佐藤学

国际著名教育学者、日本学习院大学文学部教授、《静悄悄的革命》作者

佐藤学，日本学习院大学文学教授，东京大学教育学博士。他是日本学术会议首任部长、日本教育学会前会长。他也是日本教育哲学学会、教育方法研究所、课程学会、教师教育学会常务委员会、日本文部科学省专业委员成员。

Distinguished international scholar in education. Professor of Literature at the Gakushuin University in Japan. Author of Quiet Revolution.

Manabu Sato, professor of literature at the Japan Gakushuin University, he received his doctoral degree in education from University of Tokyo. He is the first minister of the Japanese academic conference and former president of the Japan Education Society. He is also a member of the Japan Society of Educational Philosophy, the Institute of Educational Methods, the Curriculum Society, the Standing Committee of the Teacher Education Society, the Professional Committee of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and the Foreign Academician of the National Academy of Education.

6 Shinichi Yamanaka 山中伸一

前日本文部科学省教育次官（教育部副部长），国际著名网络高中（N 高中）理事长

现任日本 N 高中所属角川教育理事长，历任日本文部科学省（教育部）初等中等教育局长（基础教育司司长）、事务次官（教育副部长）、内阁审议官。

7 Masashi Iwase 岩濑正司

日本修学旅行研究协会理事长，原日本高中协会会长

岩濑正司先生现任日本修学旅行研究协会理事长，曾任日本中学校长会会长，中央教育审议会议临时委员。曾担任多个中学校长。

President of the Japan Association for the study of tourism and the president of the former Japan High School Association

Mr. Iwase is currently the president of Japan Educational Excurison Research Association. He was the president of Japan’s high school principals and the temporary member of the Central Education Conference. He served as principal of many secondary schools.

8 Dr. Mari-anna Suurmunne 时明睿

芬兰新任驻中国教育和科学参赞（2018 年 10 月）

时博士自 2018 年 10 月起担任芬兰驻北京大使馆教育与科学参赞。时博士在四个不同的国家，包括芬兰，罗马尼亚，加拿大和美国，拥有丰富的大学水平教学和管理经验。

Dr. Mari-Anna Suurmunne has been the Counsellor for Education and Science at the Finnish Embassy in Beijing since October 2018. Dr. Suurmunne has rich experience in college level teaching and administration in four different countries, including Finland, Romania, Canada, and the United States.

9 Dr. Robert Tierney 若博·蒂尔尼

国际著名语言和文学教育专家，悉尼大学教育和社会工作学院荣誉教授和前院长，加拿大 UBC 教育学院前院长

蒂尔尼博士曾任不列颠哥伦比亚大学院长（2000-2010）。蒂尔尼教授近年的研究项目包括：教育公平；关于认知方式、数字意义制造在全球的发展；各国教育奖金的性质；教师发展项目在中国和澳洲本土的发展。

Rob Tierney is the former Dean at the University of British Columbia (2000- 2010). His recent projects have ranged from research on matters of equity, global developments pertaining to ways of knowing, digital meaning making, the nature of educational scholarship across countries, teacher development projects in China and indigenous developments in Australia.

加拿大 21 世纪学习与创新机构副主席

Learning and Innovation). C21 is a national non-profit organization that advocates the 21st century education model. Their belief is that 21st century learning models must be adopted in public education to enable Canadians to succeed in an economy based on high skills, knowledge and innovation.

11 Roeland Monasch 罗兰德·莫纳什

国际儿童储蓄基金会主席，前联合国儿童基金会驻多国代表

Monasch 先生现任国际儿童储蓄基金会主席，曾任联合国儿童基金会塞拉利昂、格鲁吉亚、赞比亚代表，参与国际儿童工作；他还曾在联合国儿童基金会的决策信息部门工作，参与全球儿童状况的评估工作，是全球儿童发展研究专家。

Mr. Monasch is the President of the International Children’s Savings oundation. He has served as a UNICEF representative of Sierra Leone, Georgia and Zambia and has participated in international children’s work. He has also worked in the decision-making information department of UNICEF to participate in the assessment of the global situation of children. He is an expert in global child development.

12 Dr. Regan Neumann 里根·诺伊曼

澳大利亚昆士兰州教育厅副厅长
